I'm Jack — an ISSA-certified personal trainer originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania. I've been helping people transform their bodies and confidence for nearly 20 years, training clients across the USA and Asia before settling in Pattaya.
What brought me here wasn't just the weather or the lifestyle. It was the opportunity to work with an incredible mix of people — expats building new lives, retirees rediscovering their health, digital nomads looking for balance, and tourists wanting to make the most of their time.
I got into personal training because I believe everyone deserves to feel strong and capable, regardless of age or starting point. Too many people are intimidated by the fitness industry. I'm here to change that — one client at a time.
